Entry to the Culinary Pavilion is free for all ticket holders on festival day. The popular experience lets you watch talented chefs in action and explore Marlborough’s exceptional local produce.

Our new VIP Culinary Pavillion Experience ticket takes it to the next level. Each ticket gets you VIP entry to one chef session, so be sure to read up about our three guest chefs in advance and read more details below.


Your VIP Culinary Pavilion experience includes:

Session Two: Miss Polly's Kitchen - 12:45pm

Author of two best-selling cookbooks and the creative force behind Miss Polly’s Kitchen, followed by over 75,000 fans on Instagram, Polly will captivate you with her approachable style and passion for Marlborough produce.

From your front-row seat, enjoy an up-close demonstration as Polly creates stunning dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Indulge in a complimentary glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, paired perfectly with the flavors on display, and savor a canapé inspired by Polly’s recipes during the session.

Session Three: Al Brown - 2:00pm

Renowned for his iconic restaurants, including Logan Brown and Depot, Al is a master of authenticity, creativity, and generosity.

Seated front-row, you’ll watch as Al demonstrates his culinary expertise, featuring the premium Regal Marlborough King Salmon. Sip on a complimentary glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, thoughtfully paired to complement the dishes, and enjoy a canapé inspired by the recipes Al creates during the session.

As part of this unforgettable experience, VIP guests will receive a curated goody bag, filled with recipes and a variety of locally sourced culinary treasures inspired by the demonstration. Al will share his wealth of knowledge, storytelling flair, and practical tips for working with Marlborough’s finest ingredients, giving you the skills to replicate his dishes at home.
