It’s nearly Festival time and we are asking Marlborough businesses to help us celebrate and dress the town to impress visitors coming and create something fun for locals to look at too!
We will be awarding a prize for the best window display.
The Retailer with the best window display will win 10 General Admission Tickets to the 2026 Festival for your team.
HOW TO ENTER
Register before Friday 30th January 2026 using the form below.
Partner with a winery. We can pair you or you can arrange this yourself and let us know on the form.
Make sure the display is ready by 2 February 2026.
CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:
Window display must be visible 2 – 16 February 2026
The display must include a Festival poster clearly which will be provided by Wine Marlborough (if you don’t already have one!)
You must partner with a Winery that is participating in the 2026 event.
You must include something from the winery in your creative display (e.g. images, boxes, bottes, branded glasses, merchandise etc.)
Points will be awarded on effort, creativity, and Have fun! It’s meant to be a bit of fun that gets the town looking great!
Terms and Conditions: The competition runs from 2 - 14th February (2 weeks). Winners will be notified by Monday 9th February by email or phone. The event date is Saturday 14 February 2026. This event is strictly R18+ and Smokefree. The Marlborough Wine & Food Festival 2026 will take place at the Renwick Domain, 8 Uxbridge Street, Renwick 7204 from 10.30 am – 6.00 pm (wine sales stop at 5.30 pm). The winning tickets will be General Admission and ticket terms and conditions apply. A minimum of 10 businesses must be registered as participants in the competition for the competition to proceed. If this minimum is not met, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition.
